Upon delivery, every tumbler have a Care Instruction card inside giving the new owner careful instructions on how to properly take care of there custom piece to ensure it last to it’s full potential.
Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account unless a note is left stating otherwise. Ensuring the correct address avoids any shipping delays.
Once an item has shipped, no refund will be made.
